The car title and loan are in my name. I have tried numerous times to convince him to let me sell the car or get it repossessed, but he will not comply. At one point he said that he had fixed his credit and was ready to put the car in his name and he needed a bill of sale signed.
I sign one, than he never put the car in his name.
I want to take him to court and sue him for the car and see if the judge won’t make him responsible for what I am going to owe the bank that gave me the loan.
I never even drove this car once, I didn’t even have a license when it was bought.
He PROMICED me that it would not be in my name for more then a few weeks. Now I am going to be sued for the cost of the car, legal fees, and lots of other fees involved with the credit union suing me. Is there anything I can do? I have no money for legal costs. I am merely a student at a community college, with hardly enough money to survive!

thats what happened to me after 9 yrs of wondering i find his info for free on some site. i was so excited it’s all i’ve been picturing since i started realizing that i didin’t know my dad. well that was 2 yrs ago and up until now he hasn’t even come to see me. now remember if it wasn’t for me my dad or none of his family would know where i was and i mean they wouldn’t! i feel like what was the point if 2 yrs added on to the previous 9 yrs of not knowing. he has two other kids who are younger tahn me(i’m 18 going on 19) he works at a airport and i thought he would have been happy as hell to see his first born child that he doesn’t know. he’s suppose to be coming up here in june for my graduation….well he said he didn’t know because he already put in for his vacation. i hate when ppl take up for him i’m the one who’s getting the bad end of the stick at least the other two know him all i get is money. money helps but it’s not everything. my aunts make excuses 4 him and it makes me mad
they say he’s a good dad but thats because they see the other two he takes care of. i’m just the outside child. he’s more of their dad than mine who agrees with me??

Well i created website and two days ago i had troubles getting my point accross. Now i also changed the layout of my site, and have question about is it any good? If you would saw this website without me mention about it , would you sign up ? Or would you just pass by. I really need a lot of opinions to my site, to build it everytime better the way others like it and not only me. As you could see english is not my first language so thats why i need your help to give me some advice what i do need to put out there. Should i start immediatly with some advertising to make money out of my site? Help help please
