What is the best career field to go into to make good money?Is there any online colleges that you would sugest

I have recently been notified that my company is laying off due to start of plant closure. What are some good fields to go into so that I can make good money and give my kids the life I want for them. An online college that is very respectable would be nice but I don’t know if there are any. I don’t have to worry about paying for it right now because I have the GI bill and qualify for pale grant. I am also a native american and I have my regestration number. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Any web sites for list of pay per job would be cool.

affiliate marketing question?

can anybody guide me how affiliate marketing works? If suppose I put some affiliate links on my website, how would I know if a person has clicked my referral links. Is there some way to know this? Can a company cheat with its affiliate marketing program by not giving payment? How will I keep a track on the no. of visitors following my referral links? I hope you getting my point.

Also please let me know how can i earn money through ebay?

Working with Family?

I work in a family owned business for the 8 years. Business is going well, profitable, and we both make good money. However, it has been no picnic, and we have had our ups and downs, both as a company and as a family. Im now at the stage, where, I starting to think one of us needs to go. We seem to be disagreeing more and more on work related issues. I also feel I want a change in career. Im supposed to be my own Boss…..I havent taken a vacation in year and dont have as much say in the business as I should. I would be confident in saying that the companies success is due to both our efforts. If I left I dont think my father would ever forgive me. Im mid thirties, with a young family and dont want to waste my life away in an office. If I left and sold up everything, I could walk away very comfortably.The problem is I dont have a clue what I would do, career wise. When you run your own business, employers are always weary of hiring you because you are used to doing it your own way.

I’ve been reading up on how to do this, But there is so much that I don’t have a clue as to where to begin, what are the most important things to learn first? Where do I begin on finding the job? Am I advertising/selling for a company? I really don’t understand but very willing to learn. Please help I’m about to pull my hair out and in-need of a little more sleep. Is there someone I can call? or a web address that has live support for this kind of job? I Did not know there was so many different types of articles on this job. A friend of mine got an email saying it was a Bloomingdales line and there was a promotion going on for the new line of makeup and everything is $1. I ordered a few things and all of my friends ordered stuff as well. The next day everyone started freaking out saying the company was a scam to get your credit card info and cancelled their cards. Is this true? They heard it is not actually affiliated with Bloomingdales. Is it a safe company?
