I’m trying to promote a blog, and make a few bucks (x100 or 1000)…i’ve pinged and signed up for affiliate programs, adwords, banner-swaps…yet i can only get max 17 hits per day….and I have no turnover from my ads, or affiliate links…What am i doing wrong?

Since Adsense, Adwords, or other Google product referrals are now retiring at the end of August, will Google continue to offer these referral programs in other alternative forms? I signed up and became a member of Google Affiliate Network. However, I cannot locate their own referral programs in their own affiliate network. Did I overlook? Please, tell me I did.
I have a website that recommends using Adsense, Adwords, and Google Knol. So in other words, I can’t make money from my recommendations? Please someone tell me Google affiliate programs are still available somehow. Thanks. I’d greatly appreciate your help.

I am trying to find a way to make money at home so I can quite my dead end job. I am just wondering if affiliate programs work and how long does it take to build an income with this? How do I find companies that hire affiliates?

I current have spent the last 4 years advertising dialup internet access through online ads. I want to expand my business into new areas and fields. ISPs have treated me very well over the years. I’m positive there are other lucrative fields besides dialup and dsl to market online. I’m looking for comission based pay per signup like programs. Or different fields to consider. ANY advice would be helpful.

dont care for opinions Johnny. I know how to do signups, dont worry about that. I what i dont know is which programs produce and which are a waste of my advertising dollars.

Do these affiliate programs really pay out?
I market high priced information products which are sold over the phone from my call centre i.e. not sold online. Are there any affiliate programs that would allow me to pay hundreds of dollars upon a sale made this way?
