Hi in this video I cover what appears to be click fraud going on on a Youtube promoted video session where I logged 512 clicks & was billed at a penny per click (I set that rate) that worked out to .12 although I only had 13 clicks registered on my panel (although the counter on my video did move & I did get some comments) so whats the deal?
